IMMA over the past year has had the surprise factor of Santa Clause at Christmas. And proof of this was UFC 80 this weekend in Newcastle UK. UFC 80 was deemed as a very weak card and possibly the weakest card the UFC had delivered in a long while, with just the headline fight being the one to watch...........how soo many people can be proved wrong by 18 individuals wanting a piece of the pie......

The next UK UFC Show is scheduled to be in June at the 02 Arena in London once again. Also other UFC news Diego Sanchez back in UFC 82 to face Roan Carneiro.

UK Promotion Cage Rage and Elite XC are putting together Cage Rage 25: Bring it on - March 8th Wembley Arena which had Gary Turner pitted against London Shoots Mustapha Al Turk. One to watch.

On the other side of the pond, our very good friends from the fightworks podcast have reached a milestone in their 100th episode.
